What is the Concrete Polish Complete Kit used for?
It is a DIY kit for mechanically grinding and chemically polishing bare concrete to a sealed, natural sheen. It suits garages, warehouses, sheds and interior floors where you want the look of polished concrete rather than a coloured coating.
What is included in the kit?
The kit includes a concrete densifier or hardener, polishing compounds, a sealer and a step by step installation guide. It is built to refine and seal your existing slab rather than add a colour layer over it.
How does the polishing process work?
You progressively grind the concrete, apply the densifier to harden the surface, then refine it with the polishing compounds through finer stages before sealing. The guide explains each step and the order to work through.
How is coverage worked out and what sizes are available?
It is sold by area in 50 or 100 square metre kits, so choose the size that matches your slab. Very porous or worn concrete can absorb more densifier and sealer, so allow for that on rougher floors.
What does the finished floor look like and how durable is it?
The result is a smooth, sealed concrete floor with a polished sheen that shows the natural character of the slab. Densified and sealed concrete is hard wearing, dust resistant and easy to keep clean.
Is this a coloured coating like the epoxy kits?
No, this kit polishes and seals your existing concrete rather than applying a colour coat. The finished colour and look come from the concrete itself, so the result varies with the condition and tone of your slab.
