Will it fade in the sun?
No. Our polyaspartic coatings are highly UV stable and will not fade or separate outdoors, unlike standard epoxy which can yellow in direct sun.
Is it waterproof?
Yes. Our systems are seamless and waterproof, protecting the balcony structure and the rooms below from water ingress.
Can it be made non-slip?
Yes. Where the surface requires slip resistance a non-slip additive is added to the top coats. We can offer R10, R11 and R12 slip ratings for commercial applications and wet areas. Please contact our technical team for further assistance.
Can it go over my existing concrete?
Yes, that is exactly what it is designed for. Your slab needs to be clean, dry and sound. We prepare the surface by grinding to create a strong mechanical bond, then build the system up in coats.
