Refund & Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, SHIMICOAT Pty Ltd (“SHIMICOAT”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) accepts returns and issues refunds for products purchased through www.shimi.com.au within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the terms below.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original, unopened packaging.
  • All labels, tags, and packaging must remain intact.
  • Products that have been used, altered, damaged, or have missing or damaged labels/packaging are not eligible for a refund.
  • The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs.

2. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product, please specify the replacement item when submitting your return request.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.

Refunds will be processed after the returned items have been received and inspected. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds cannot be made to third-party accounts.


3. How to Return an Item

To start a return, please contact SHIMICOAT Customer Service and provide:

  • Your order details
  • The reason for the return
  • Whether you would like:
    • A replacement product, or
    • A full refund

Once your return is received, SHIMICOAT may take up to 14 business days to inspect and process it. You will receive an email once your return has been completed.

If a return is not approved, the item will be shipped back to your original delivery address at your expense.

We recommend using registered post or a tracked courier service when returning items.


4. Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed.

If you wish to cancel a pre-order, please contact SHIMICOAT Customer Service as soon as possible after placing your order.

While we will make every reasonable effort to cancel your order before dispatch, once an order has been processed and shipped, it will be subject to this Refund & Returns Policy and SHIMICOAT’s Terms of Trade.


5. Restocking Fees

6. General Terms

By requesting a return or exchange, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this Refund & Returns Policy.

SHIMICOAT reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time. Any changes will be published on our website.
