This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through SHIMICOAT Pty Ltd (“SHIMICOAT”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
1. Shipping Information
SHIMICOAT uses a range of trusted shipping carriers to deliver orders throughout Australia. We reserve the right to select the most appropriate courier based on the destination, size, weight, and nature of the products ordered.
- Australia-wide shipping available.
- Typical delivery times range from 1–9 business days, depending on your location.
- Deliveries are made on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Small orders may, at our discretion, be delivered to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Additional delivery charges may apply where applicable.
2. Shipping Exclusions
Most products can be shipped Australia-wide.
The following products may have shipping restrictions:
- Dangerous Goods
- Bulk products
Where available, SHIMICOAT provides transit insurance at no additional cost. Eligibility and coverage may vary depending on the product and delivery method and will be outlined during checkout where applicable.
3. Shipment Notifications
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Where applicable, this email will include:
- Tracking information
- Courier details
- Estimated delivery updates
4. Undeliverable or Refused Deliveries
If a shipment is:
- Refused by the recipient, or
- Returned to SHIMICOAT as undeliverable,
the order will be returned to our warehouse.
In these circumstances:
- A refund will be issued for the cost of the products and any applicable taxes.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If you wish to receive the products, a new order must be placed and new shipping charges will apply.
