The UV Plus Slip Resistant Ultra-Clear Polyaspartic Complete Kit is an industrial grade, UV stable clear polyaspartic floor coating supplied with Xtra Grip SlipRes grit, giving you a high gloss, slip resistant finish for indoor and outdoor concrete surfaces. Developed for Australian conditions, this two pack concrete floor coating protects against weathering, stains, spills and wear while keeping the natural look of your floor.

  • UV stable and colour fast: water clear to pale amber, with superior gloss retention.
  • Built in slip resistance: broadcast the SlipRes grit while wet, with ratings from R9 to R13 (P2 to P6) depending on grit size.
  • Excellent chemical, abrasion and wear resistance for domestic, commercial and industrial floors.
  • Outstanding water resistance, seamless, hygienic and easy to clean.
  • Solvent free clear coating (unless Diluent is added for thickness control).
  • DIY friendly two pack system: Part A resin and Part B hardener, curable over a wide temperature range.

Ideal for driveways, pathways, workshops, warehouses, garages and polished concrete, this clear polyaspartic sealer suits trafficable areas that need a tough, safer surface underfoot. Coverage is approximately 5 square metres per litre per coat, varying with surface condition (the first coat usually uses more than the second).

What is the UV Plus Ultra-Clear Polyaspartic Kit used for?
It is an industrial grade UV stable clear topcoat that adds protection and slip resistance while keeping the current look of the surface. It works indoors and outdoors on driveways, pathways, workshops and warehouses.
What is included in the kit?
The kit contains a two part clear polyaspartic, Part A resin and Part B hardener, plus Xtra Grip SlipRes grit and a step by step installation guide. The components are matched to the size you choose.
How is it applied?
After prepping the surface, you mix Part A and Part B, then roll on the clear polyaspartic for a high gloss wet look. The SlipRes grit is broadcast into the wet coating, then a topcoat is rolled over the grit to lock it in and finish the slip resistant surface.
What sizes are available?
The kit is supplied in sizes from 2 litres up to 40 litres. Choose the volume that matches your area, allowing extra for porous or textured surfaces that absorb more product.
How durable and chemical resistant is the finish?
It is a 100 percent solids, solvent free polyaspartic that is chemical resistant, wear resistant and chalk resistant. Being UV stable, it resists yellowing and was developed for Australian conditions.
Can I control how much grip the floor has?
Yes. The Xtra Grip SlipRes grit comes in sizes from Superfine through to Super Coarse, which give different slip ratings. Finer grit gives a subtle texture, while coarser grit gives more aggressive grip for wet or outdoor areas.
