Description

QCell Filler is a lightweight ceramic microsphere filler engineered to reinforce and extend epoxy and polyester resins. Made from hollow, microscopic ceramic bubbles, this Australian supplied filler adds bulk and strength to your resin without significant added weight, making it ideal for epoxy floor coating, sealing and repair work across Australia.

  • Triple function filler: crack repair (200% by volume of resin), screeding (100% by volume) and slip resistance (10% by volume)
  • Very low density (around 0.7 g per millilitre) compared to epoxy resin (around 1.2 g per millilitre), so it adds bulk without weight
  • High compressive strength and thermal resistance with a high melting point
  • Chemically inert and unreactive for stable, durable results
  • Easy to mix, easy to apply and easy to sand, with excellent flow and rheology
  • Lighter spheres rise to the surface to create a textured, slip resistant finish

QCell Filler suits a wide range of jobs including crack repair, screeding, fairing and creating non slip surfaces in epoxy and polyaspartic concrete floor coating systems. It blends smoothly into the resin matrix to improve physical properties and surface texture.

What is QCell Filler used for?
It is a lightweight filler powder that is mixed into epoxy to make a light, easy to sand, trowellable paste for filling holes, divots and gaps in concrete before coating.
What sizes are available?
QCell Filler is supplied in 1 Ltr, 2 Ltr, 4 Ltr, 10 Ltr and 20 Ltr. Choose the amount that suits your project on this page before adding to cart.
How do I use it?
Add it gradually to your mixed resin and stir until you reach the consistency you want. Add more for a thicker, non slumping paste and less for an easier flowing mix. Mix only what you can use within the resin working time.
Which resins does it work with?
It is designed to be mixed into our epoxy and resin systems. If you are unsure how much to add for your job, contact us with the product name and we will guide you.
Is this a finished product on its own?
No. It is an additive that is mixed into resin, not a coating you apply by itself. You will also need the matching resin and hardener for your project.
