PU CEMENT

Shimicoat PU Cement is a heavy-duty polyurethane cement concrete floor coating built for the toughest industrial conditions across Australia. This solventless system combines 100% solid polyurethane resin with a cementitious quartz filler blend to create a hard, hygienic, seamless floor that resists heat, chemicals and physical wear.

• Withstands high temperatures up to 120 degrees C (minimum 9mm thickness recommended for extreme conditions).
• Excellent chemical resistance to inorganic acids (hydrochloric, phosphoric), organic acids (acetic, lactic) and sanitising agents such as bleach and peroxyacetic acid.
• Solventless, 100% solid polyurethane reinforced with a cementitious quartz filler for outstanding durability.
• Broadcast system (around 6mm) with optional anti-slip finish, sealed with Shimicoat clear or tinted polyurethane topcoat.
• Self-levelling single-layer system (4mm to 9mm) for a smooth, seamless finish.
• Modern, hygienic, functional and economical surface that is easy to clean.
