Description

The Resin Bound Permeable Paving Kit creates a smooth, permeable resin aggregate surface for driveways, paths and courtyards. The kit binds 3mm stone with UV stable ultra-clear polyaspartic. The 50sqm kit comes with a 600 Kg jumbo bag of stone and covers up to 50 m². The 100sqm kit comes with 1,250 Kg of stone and covers up to 100 m². Supplied with stone, binder, aggregate and diluent.

What is the Resin Bound Permeable Paving Complete Kit used for?
It is a complete permeable resin bound paving kit. Natural stone is mixed with a clear binder and trowelled down to a smooth, seamless, free draining surface for driveways, paths, pool surrounds and tree surrounds.
What is included in the kit?
The kit includes the stone aggregate, the resin binder matched to your chosen kit size, and a step by step installation guide. You will need a forced action mixer, which can be hired, to mix it on site.
How is it installed?
The base must be sound and free draining, such as open graded asphalt or permeable concrete. Mix the stone and binder in a forced action mixer, spread it over the base and trowel it smooth, then let it cure. Working time is limited once mixed, so prepare everything first.
How much does the kit cover?
Coverage depends on the kit size and the laying depth. The 50sqm kit covers up to 50 m² at 10mm or 30 m² at 20mm. The 100sqm kit covers up to 100 m² at 10mm or 60 m² at 20mm. Measure your area in square metres, decide your depth, and add another kit for larger spaces. Contact us if you would like help sizing a bigger job.
Is there a lead time?
Yes. This kit is made to order in your chosen stone blend, so it carries a 2 to 3 week lead time rather than shipping immediately. Please allow for that if your job has a fixed start date, and contact us if you need a firmer date before you order.
