PAS CEMENT

SHIMICOAT PAS CEMENT is a heavy duty polyaspartic concrete floor coating that combines a solventless, 100% solid polyaspartic resin with a reinforcing cementitious quartz filler. The result is a hard, hygienic mortar system built for tough Australian industrial conditions, delivering strong heat and chemical resistance in a modern, functional and economical surface.

• Heat resistant for exposure up to 120 degrees C (a minimum 9 mm thickness is recommended for extreme conditions).
• Excellent chemical resistance to inorganic acids (such as hydrochloric and phosphoric) and organic acids (such as acetic and lactic).
• Resistant to sanitising chemicals, including bleach and peroxyacetic acid solutions.
• Solventless 100% solid polyaspartic blended with a cementitious quartz filler for high abrasion resistance and durability.
• Seamless, hard wearing finish that is easy to clean and maintain.
• Optional anti-slip broadcast finish for safer working floors.

PAS CEMENT suits demanding environments that face heavy chemical exposure, high temperatures and constant physical wear, including industrial settings, manufacturing plants, abattoirs and laboratories.

It can be applied as a broadcast topping (around 6 mm) sealed with a clear or tinted SHIMICOAT polyaspartic topcoat, or as a smooth, self levelling seamless layer (4 mm, up to 9 mm). Contact our team to choose the right thickness and finish for your project.
