Description

Matte Finish Concrete Sealer (MF301) is a hard wearing acrylic emulsion concrete floor coating that dries to a flexible, low sheen matte finish. Made for Australian conditions, this sealer protects and revitalises new and old concrete while keeping a natural, non glossy look that suits both decorative and functional surfaces.

  • Tough, flexible coating with excellent abrasion resistance for foot and vehicle traffic
  • Petrol resistant, with strong resistance to water, alkalis and commercial petroleum and hydraulic fluids
  • Bonds strongly to concrete, brick, pavers and tiles

Ideal for a wide range of surfaces including exposed aggregate, limestone, grey and decorative concrete, non glazed tiles, all pavers, timber, and metal or artwork. It is a practical choice for driveways, paths, patios, garages, warehouses and commercial floors that need lasting protection without a high gloss shine.

What is Matte Finish Concrete Sealer used for?
It is a matte, solvent based concrete sealer that protects and finishes concrete, pavers and masonry. It guards against dust, water, stains and wear, and lifts the look of the surface.
How is it supplied?
Matte Finish Concrete Sealer is supplied ready to use in a standard pack. Just stir it before applying.
How is it applied?
The surface must be clean, dry and free of dust and grease. Apply thin even coats by roller, brush or sprayer, usually two coats, allowing the recoat time on the data sheet between them. Thin coats give a better finish than one heavy coat.
How much will I need?
Coverage depends on how porous and textured the surface is. As a guide allow around 8 to 10 m² per litre per coat on smooth sealed concrete, and more on rough or bare surfaces. Measure your area and check the data sheet before ordering.
How long before I can use the area?
It is generally touch dry within a couple of hours and ready for light foot traffic the next day. Allow the full cure time on the data sheet before heavy traffic or wetting the surface.
Where can I use it?
It suits driveways, paths, patios, garage floors and other concrete and masonry surfaces. If you are sealing a specific surface and want to confirm it is suitable, contact us before you buy.
