Start by grinding or etching the concrete and making sure it is clean, dry and free of oil. Roll on the tinted prime coat, then the tinted base coat, broadcast the vinyl flakes over the wet base, then scrape back the excess and seal everything with the UVthane top coat.
How much floor does the kit cover and what sizes are available?
The kit is sold by area in square metres, so you choose the size that matches your garage. Measure your floor (length by width) and select the size that covers that area, allowing a little extra for cuts and corners.
How durable is the finish?
The UVthane top coat gives a hard wearing, abrasion resistant surface that handles vehicle traffic, foot traffic and trolley wheels. It is UV stable so the colour holds up well indoors and outdoors.
