Description

Fast Cure Tinted Epoxy FC110 is an industrial grade, two component (A and B) epoxy floor coating developed for Australian conditions. This 100% solids, solvent free and odourless concrete floor coating delivers a tough, high gloss finish with excellent chemical, abrasion and weather resistance, making it ideal as a basecoat, primer or tinted finish coat.

Fast Cure Tinted Epoxy is suited to driveways, pathways, workshops, warehouses and other high performance concrete floors. Broadcast aggregate into the wet coating to create a non-slip surface, or pair it with decorative flake and topcoats for a modern, hygienic and hard wearing finish.

What is Fast Cure Tinted Epoxy used for?
It is a two part, solid colour epoxy coating for concrete floors and surfaces. It seals and colours the concrete in one hard wearing finish and suits garages, workshops, sheds and commercial floors that take traffic and wear.
What sizes and colours can I choose?
Fast Cure Tinted Epoxy is sold by volume in 1.75 Ltr, 3.5 Ltr, 14 Ltr and 21 Ltr. You can pick from 8 tinted colours. Choose your size and colour on this page before you add to cart, and the product is supplied as a matched two part epoxy.
How is it applied?
Prepare the concrete so it is clean, dry and sound, then mix the two parts (resin and hardener) at the ratio on the data sheet. Roll it on in even coats, usually two, working in manageable sections. Bare concrete should be primed or etched first for the best bond.
How much will I need?
Coverage depends on how porous your surface is and how many coats you apply. As a rough guide allow around 4 to 5 m² per litre per coat on prepared concrete. Rough or bare concrete draws in more, so measure your area and check the data sheet before ordering.
How long does it take to cure?
It is touch dry within a couple of hours and you can usually recoat the same day. Light foot traffic is fine after about 24 hours and it reaches full chemical and wear resistance within a few days. Exact times depend on temperature, so check the data sheet.
Is this a full floor kit or just the coating?
This is the tinted epoxy coating on its own, not a complete floor kit. If you want everything for a finished floor in one box, including prep, colour and a clear topcoat, take a look at our DIY Complete Kits instead.
