What is the Epoxy Crack Repair Fast Cure Complete Kit used for?
It fills and structurally bonds cracks in concrete with a low viscosity epoxy, using a faster cure for quicker turnaround. The thin resin flows into the crack and knits the slab back together once set.
How is the fast cure version different from the standard kit?
It uses a faster curing epoxy so the repaired crack sets and reaches strength sooner. This lets you sand, trafficking or coat the area much earlier and keep downtime short.
What is included in the kit?
You get a low viscosity fast cure two part epoxy that penetrates the crack, plus a filler or thickener to build up wider cracks and seal the surface. A step by step installation guide is included.
How do I mix and apply the fast cure crack repair epoxy?
Clean and open out the crack, mix the epoxy parts at the stated ratio and work the thin resin in so it penetrates fully. Because it cures quickly, mix smaller batches and apply promptly, as the pot life is shorter than the standard kit.
How long does it take to cure?
As a fast cure formula it hardens noticeably quicker than the standard kit and can usually be sanded and coated the same day. Warmer conditions speed this up while cold weather slows it down.
Where can I use it and can I coat over it afterwards?
It is designed for cracks in interior concrete floors, slabs and ramps where a fast turnaround is needed. Once cured and sanded flush, the repair can be coated over with epoxy or polyaspartic floor systems.
