Australia
All customers will be charged a flat rate of AU$6.00 per delivery.
Shipping is free for any purchase over AU$100 and is done so via Australia post.
Delivery will be made within 7-10 days.

International
NZ: flat rate of AU$16. Rest of World: AU$30
Delivery is free for any orders over AU$200.
Shimi does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays.
Returns Policy
If an item is faulty, we will give you a full refund or exchange, less postage and transaction fees. Simply return the item to us in brand new condition including in tact packaging within 7 days of receiving.
We ask that you first email us with your order number and product name so we can process your return correctly. We value your opinion, and are always striving to offer the very best so please let us know exactly why you are not happy with it.
Exchange
If you simply require a different size or would like to exchange for another product, please contact us first. We will then advise if the item is available. If available, the item must be returned to us in brand new condition including in tact packaging within 7 days of receiving. Postage is at the customer\'s cost.
